Faculty, students and alumni connect at the Academic Fair during the world’s largest GIS gathering in San Diego.

The Master of Science in Geospatial Information Sciences (GIS) and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) programs participated in the Academic Fair at the Esri User Conference on July 14, at the San Diego Convention Center.

In addition to connecting with prospective students, the MS programs reunited with alumni and current students as they networked and expanded their knowledge of GIS and Esri products and services.

“It is truly invaluable to have our students interact and share their program experience with fellow conference attendees, as well as demonstrate how they can advance their careers with our master’s degree or graduate certificate,” said Erin Jacobs, MS program coordinator.

The annual Esri International User Conference brings together more than 20,000 GIS professionals from around the world. The 2025 event runs from July 14 to 18 in San Diego.
