What city/town are you from?

I’ve been on the east coast my entire life - born in Providence, Rhode Island but later moved to Silver Spring, MD as a child which is where I currently reside.

What do you like most about your role?

There’s a certain level of satisfaction and fulfillment that comes from helping others. I am in a unique position to share my own experiences and lessons learned as a student at UMD and contribute to supporting students’ educational goals.

How would you explain your role in one sentence?

I am not sure this would be possible :)

What’s a pet peeve you have at work?

The traffic on campus—vehicle, pedestrian and micro mobility vehicles! And let’s not forget about the Purple Line construction.

What do you do to help you recharge?

I work out daily, listen to podcasts about various topics and enjoy watching classic film noir movies from the 1940s and 50s.

Anything else you would like people to know about you?

My favorite beverage is coffee and I enjoy trying coffee from different parts of the world. This past summer, I traveled to Genoa, Italy and loved their espresso.
