Elizabeth Guzman is a PhD student in Geographical Sciences at the University of Maryland, College Park. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Environment and Sustainability from Cornell University, graduating with honors and distinction in research. Her intended research focuses on human migration in response to natural disasters, with particular interests in Latin American studies.
