AirBNB
AirBNB, a vehicle people use to rent their apartments/condos to travelers, is an approved vendor for business travel accommodations.
Please read very carefully and refer to rules below prior to booking and travel:
1) Accommodations are actual living quarters for the folks renting so….BUYER BEWARE. We (UMD and GEOG) assume no responsibility if the arrangements do not appear as described.
2) Under NO circumstances should the travel card be used to reserve an accommodation for AirBNB. The rules are strictly for the traveler to pay out of pocket, and seek reimbursement for the booking fee and accommodation at the completion of the trip, with receipts. Travelers should NOT contact Wilhelmina Johnson to arrange payment for the accommodation. We will NOT reimburse for housekeeping.
