Koh, Ilyun

Ilyun is an environmental geographer who has experience in climate adaptation and monitoring evaluation in the agriculture sector. His research interests are impact assessment of the agriculture value chain coupled with environmental risks as well as livelihood vulnerability of smallholder farmers. He uses innovative mixed-method approaches and tools such as big data, GIS, remote sensing, household survey methods, as well as qualitative interview methods. Currently, he uses Mozambique's household survey data to uncover the dynamics of the grain yield gap as well as the multidimensional well-being of vulnerable rural populations.
