Bio
I am a postdoctoral scholar with University of Maryland, Department of Geographical Sciences and NASA Harvest. My research has focused on characterizing the variation in crop growth and mapping agricultural management practices using a combination of ground and satellite sensors, process-based crop modeling, land surface phenology, and machine/deep learning techniques. With Harvest, I am part of the climate finance team focused on improving the equity and efficiency of crop insurance programs, and de-risking transitions to more sustainable agricultural practices.
