The Department of Geographical Sciences will celebrate the outstanding work of our MS GIS and MS GEOINT students at two upcoming events this November.

This year’s capstone cohort will showcase innovative projects spanning remote sensing, environmental analysis, climate change, public safety and advanced geospatial modeling. Presentations include:

MS GIS/GEOINT Capstone Poster Symposium – Group II Posters and Demos
Date: Thursday, Nov. 20
Time: 5–7:00 p.m.
Location: 4600 River Road, Riverdale, MD 20737, Room 325
Eighteen students from Group II will present posters and live demos highlighting their applied geospatial research and hands-on technical work.
