Noel Dyer is a developer and cartographer for the Marine Chart Division of NOAA, which is responsible for producing nautical charts covering 95,000 miles of U.S. coastline. Noel has an extensive background in GIS and remote sensing and his research will be used to promote safe navigation in U.S. waters.
