Jeff is originally from New Zealand and has worked as a resource mapping and climate change consultant in over 15 countries over the last 10 years. Jeff is passionate about engaging the challenges humanity is facing from climate change. He specialises in geo-spatial project management and mapping deforestation and forest degradation from spatial data and satellite imagery. Many of these activities have assisted in supporting national and project-level Measurement, Reporting and Verification Systems (MRVS) as required for Kyoto and UN-REDD+ reporting. Jeff worked as a consultant in-country project manager, overseeing the establishment of the national MRVS in Guyana between 2010-2015.
