UMD and GEOG Contribute to the 'Missing Maps' Project

The UMD community will be doing its part to help the American Red Cross with their Missing Maps project (www.missingmaps.org), a joint effort between the American Red Cross, British Red Cross, the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, and Doctors Without Borders.

Please join us during one of the time slots mentioned below to map roads and buildings in some of the most vulnerable places around the world! No experience, or prior GIS background is needed! We will have the computers for you to use at both locations. Food and drinks will be provided.
